Jeff Farrell - Managing Partner
Having worked for some of Australia's largest corporations,
Jeff Farrell has a realistic appreciation of the day to day budgeting,
planning and strategic problems facing today's business leaders.
Jeff understands that the solution to many of these problems
is the provision of fast, cost effective and practical human
resource solutions.
Jeff has spent twenty five years in human resource management,
workplace relations and organisational change and development
both within Australia and overseas. He has fulfilled the roles
of General Manager Human Resources and Group Manager Organisational
Effectiveness in addition to many senior strategic and middle
management operational roles in Tertiary Education, Mining and
Processing, Energy and Consultancy Services.
Working as Manager Organisational Effectiveness within one
of Australia's Top 5 mining houses, Jeff developed state of the
art employment, planning, strategic and organisational development
initiatives that were later transposed successfully to Australia's
largest electricity generator. There as General Manager Human
Resources, Jeff oversaw the transformation of this publicly owned
corporation into a vibrant, first class powerhouse and a leader
in its field.
Jeff has extensive experience in both State and Federal Industrial
Relations jurisdictions as well as the Human Rights and Equal
Opportunity Commission. Jeff has presented to many industry forums
and conferences both in Australia and the UK. He is a sought
after luncheon and after-dinner speaker in his areas of expertise
and experience.
As Managing Partner, Jeff is responsible for our domestic
client base in addition to providing support to our international
clients on an as required basis.
Stuart Leach - Manager Asia-Pacific
Stuart Leach has extensive experience in both academia and
private enterprise.
Following graduation, Stuart spent several years in the National
Health Service in the United Kingdom as a practicing psychologist
before resuming research studies in trauma management, later
teaching in the Behavioural Sciences Department of a large University
in Scotland.
In 1978, Stuart took up a position as Director, Personnel
Services with a Hong Kong based property investment group where
he began his continuing love affair with the East. Stuart has
consulted widely throughput the Asia-Pacific and is a regular
presenter and contributor to Executive Development Programs for
Military and Civil Defence organisations in the region.
For a number of years, Stuart has provided Cultural Awareness
Programs and Cultural Assimilation Programs to many Fortune 500
companies that transact business in Asia, the Pacific rim countries
and the Indian sub-continent.
A resident of Taipei, Stuart is responsible for our international
clients in the South East Asian region in addition to our clients
on the sub-continent.
