From 1st July 2001, The Wedge Consulting Group offers a highly
competetive, and uncomplicated fee structure for all future professional
and executive search and selection assignments.
The maximum fee for any assignment will be $A15,000
irrespective of the total annual remuneration package.
This fee is payable as follows:
15% upon acceptance of the assignment
15% upon the presentation of shortlisted candidates
the balance of the fee is payable upon successful completion
of the assignment.
(The fee is inclusive of GST)
So confident are we at The Wedge Consulting Group, that the
bulk of the fee (70%) is payable only after you have made an
offer to one of the short listed candidates that we have recommended
to you.
Advertising and Expenses:
All advertising specific to the assignment will be charged
to the client. Any meals, travel, courier or postage, interstate
or overseas calls or faxes or any other reasonable out-of-pocket
expenses incurred on behalf of the client will also be charged
to the client at cost.
Fees for psychologoical appriasals or assessment (which will
include a brief written report to the client) if required, will
be charged to the client at cost.
Our guarantee to you:
Should a candidate, appointed through The Wedge Consulting
Group be terminated or resign within three months of commencement,
The Wedge Consulting Group will find one replacement, at no additional
fee to the client. However, any advertising costs and out of
pocket expenses will be charged to the client at cost. All invoices
relating to the original assignment must be paid in full for
this undertaking to be given.
